One of my friend faced this problem, he was having some problem on his internet and then he contacted the customer service. They told him that they will fix it within 24 hours but even after 2 days passed they didn't fixed it. 

You don't need to worry if you are living in a city because in cities their services are excellent and they are fixing any issues quickly. But in some villages you will have to face some problems but they are working on it to improve their customer service.
